What was the objective behind your collaboration?To develop a fully functional platform for personality assessment.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We did not enjoy any part of our collaboration
Are there any areas for improvements?Very unethical company. Holds a fully paid codebase hostage by limiting our access to it, demanding additional payment to fix bugs that were supposed to be fixed as part of the initial scope of work. We are forced to go to the courts to recover our loss. Please think twice before engaging them. We engaged wolfpack to develop one of our products. Things started out seemingly smooth, but what was delivered was very far from the definition of a product, or a minimum viable product.

While we regret that we couldn’t find a solution that aligned with your expectations and understand your frustration, we firmly believe that adhering to contractual and payment terms is essential for a successful business relationship. It’s unfortunate that our collaboration has reached this point, especially with a significant unpaid balance from your end for services we’ve provided. Our team depends on timely payments to continue their hard work, as outlined in our mutually agreed-upon contract.
Moreover, respectful and constructive communication is vital for any cross-team collaboration. The ongoing threat of negative reviews creates an imbalanced and unfair dynamic, which doesn’t foster success. Aggressive language directed at our team demotivates and disrupts their ability to focus, leading to inefficiencies rather than improvements. Despite our efforts to clarify these issues, a mutual agreement was not reached.
As for our team’s dedication, they have gone above and beyond, with experienced developers being allocated on your project and responding to requests even outside of business hours. Additionally, your requests for scope changes and third-party integrations extended the timeline, which is expected in an agile development environment.
We believe a win-win approach to conflict resolution could have been achieved through mutual understanding. We remain open to dialogue and hope for a fair resolution while wishing both sides better experiences moving forward.
