Wir bei gretchen produzieren mit Leidenschaft Videos. Und das seit 2009 in Berlin. Vom Social-Media-Snippet über Image- oder Erklärfilme bis hin zum Werbespot – gestreamt, animiert oder vor Ort gedreht. Damit unterstützen wir Akteur:innen aus Politik, Zivilgesellschaft, Medien und Industrie, neue Ideen und komplexe Botschaften verständlich in unvergesslichen Bildern zu kommunizieren. Wir bieten unseren Kund:innen dabei alles aus einer Hand an: von der Konzeptidee über die Dreharbeiten bis hin zur Finalisierung in der Postproduktion. Aktuell arbeitet bei gretchen ein festes Team aus 16 Producer:innen, Redakteur:innen/Regisseur:innen und Postproducer:innen. Hinzu kommt ein großes Freelancer:innen-Netzwerk aus diversen kreativen Gewerken einer Filmproduktion. Wir ziehen unseren Spirit aus langjähriger Expertise, echtem Spaß an der Arbeit, und flachen Hierarchien, indem wir uns unabhängig von unseren Positionen kompetenz- und interessenbasiert einbringen.
