What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They understand our business and helped to work out 2 valid business cases and build an AI tool on our sales and purchase process which saves us a lot of time.

Are there any areas for improvements?A little bit more focus on implementing the AI tool, it took some time before it worked

What was the objective behind your collaboration?DataNorth helped us with our first AI-pilot and is still helping us in co-creating new AI-solutions.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their aim is not to create a lock-in during the project so for future changes you need them but is really focused on co-creating the product ending with a full hand-over to our own development-team.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?The objective of our collaboration was to explore whether we could automatically collect complete and reliable bicycle data from brands that do not supply this data through traditional industry channels. As a bicycle lease company, having accurate data is essential. Together with Datanorth, we tested modern data extraction methods combined with AI to fill these gaps.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I enjoyed most was the way of thinking and execution that went far beyond what we could have imagined. We're no strangers to IT and AI, but this was on another level — truly inspiring and exciting to witness. I looked forward to every session.

Are there any areas for improvements?Yes, there’s always room for improvement, mainly on the organizational side — particularly in the early sales phase. Once the contact was established, everything ran smoothly. Progress meetings were well-structured and that worked very well for me.
