Principals Fritz Klaetke and Susan Battista are directly involved in every project, big or small. Visual Dialogue has received notable awards in the communications design industry including the American Institute of Graphic Arts, Art Directors Club, MITX, Type Directors Club, and The Webby Awards. Our work has been featured in publications such as Communications Arts, HOW, I.D., Novum, and Sports Illustrated, and is included in the permanent collection of the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York City. In 2013, Fritz won a Grammy Award for excellence in packaging design for "Woody at 100: The Woody Guthrie Centennial Collection".
