Ideas for Leaders is an online platform that brings people who are interested in improving the performance of organisations by making them better places to work. Our main strapline is 'Changing the Way we Think' and we believe by providing people with great and relevant content and bringing them together we can 'Make Organisations More Human. Our original focus was on providing organizations and L&D professionals with the best ideas from the world’s leading business schools - and that remains central to what we offer.... but our real purpose is to use this content to get people thinking about their leadership styles. And the best way to do that, we believe, is to get them discussing leadership Ideas - exchanging views and opinions, listening - really listening - to others and building their confidence from these conversations to behave differently. Our Ideas can be used to kick-start conversations about how to develop and make organizations better places to work – and work better.
