¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?Our goal was to build a SaaS platform that allows businesses to manage subscription analytics and automate their billing workflows in real time. The system tracks user behavior, generates insightful reports, supports multiple payment gateways, and handles recurring billing with ease. We needed a team that truly understood the SaaS landscape, both in terms of functionality and user experience. Idea Usher stood out because of their ability to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?To be honest, the collaboration felt really smooth and well structured from the very beginning. The Idea Usher team was transparent throughout the process and made sure we were aligned at every step, from discovery workshops to the final product rollout. We really appreciated how responsive and open they were to our feedback. The UI/UX design, in particular, is one of the highlights, it’s modern, intuitive, and perfectly suited for our B2B users. Their design team truly nailed it.

¿Hay algo en lo que podrían mejorar?Overall, the project went well, but there were some delays with the billing automation feature. It took longer than expected to finalize, which affected our timeline. However, the team was very professional about it, they took responsibility and even refunded part of the payment for the delay. We appreciated their honesty and commitment to making things right.

¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?Our objective was to build an AI-powered fitness app that could offer users personalized nutrition and workout plans. We needed a team with strong technical capabilities in AI, UX design, and computer vision to bring this concept to life, especially after previous setbacks with other overseas partners.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?What we have enjoyed most is how well-rounded their team is. Their design sensibility is amazing which I rarely see while working with teams in India. Another thing that stands out is their AI team. They worked on some pretty complex algorithms and implemented computer vision model for calorie tracking (Our app does it amazingly well :D) Overall it is great to work with them, we have retained them as our tech team since then.

¿Cuál era el objetivo de la colaboración?The main goal was to build a fintech app where users could learn about investing in a fun, interactive way. We wanted to include features like paper trading so users could practice without real money, and a loyalty points system to reward good performance. It was important for us to create something educational, engaging, and user-friendly — and we needed a team that could bring that vision to life while handling some pretty complex functionality and third-party integrations.

¿Qué es lo que más has disfrutado durante la colaboración?The team was super easy to work with — always quick to respond, open to feedback, and really collaborative. It felt like they genuinely cared about the project and wanted it to succeed just as much as we did. They also brought in some great ideas along the way, which made the whole process even better. It was just a really smooth and positive experience overall.
